All physical works are purchased unframed and are guaranteed unique and original.

All digital works are sold as .eps and .PDF files, thus enabling widespread use in the media industries. Copyright transfer is supplied as a certificate of transfer to an individual only.

The circular mount covering each of the images is there for copyright protection only. Each of the images extends well beyond these boundaries but it's presence makes it quickly and conveniently possible to prove ownership of the illustration by being able to produce the entire image.
If you need to view the entire image, simply contact us by email and we will send you a more complete image to make your judgment on. All transactions are by PayPal only, thus ensuring your privacy and financial safety.
Copyright on all images presented on this site can be directly traced and proven as all work has been notated and stored at the time of creation.
In almost all cases, initial preliminary concepts and construction work has also been saved. In Australia, copyright is automatic, and the presence or absence of the C symbol is not an assumption of copyright ownership.

If you wish to own the copyright on any artwork sold to you by us, please email at the button on each page. Copyright transfer documents cannot be sent digitally and must be posted. Transfer can only occur to an individual, not a partnership, Company or Corporation.
Once transfer has been completed you own the copyright on the particular design or artwork and we, as authors, or owners of the copyright, can have no further claim apart from identifying ourselves as the original artists.
